Humayun's Tomb is easily accessible by public transportation.

You can take a train from the central station of New Delhi to Nizamuddin East station.

From Nizamuddin East station you will need to walk not more than 500 meters to you find yourself at the gates of the historic complex.

Humayun's Tomb Access

The entrance fee for the citizens of India and visitors of SAARC (Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Maldives and Afghanistan) and BIMSTEC Countries (Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Myanmar) is 10 rupees.

Others must pay $5 per person. The entrance for children up to 15 years is free.

A guide will cost $ 5, while an audio guide can be rented for $ 2.

Opening Hours:

Exact hours of the mausoleum’s opening are not defined. It is usually open from sunrise to sunset. Of course, coming here at 5:00 in the morning might not be the best decision because the cashier will most likely not be on his place.
